SpikeStream

The spiking neural network in this thesis was modelled using the SpikeStream simulator, which was developed as part of this PhD. The most up to date information about SpikeStream can be found at the SpikeStream website: http://spikestream.sf.net, where you can download the latest release. Chapter 6 gives a general overview of SpikeStream with some performance measurements. The manual for SpikeStream 0.1 is in Appendix 1, and a screenshot of the graphical interface is given in Figure 1.

Network Analyzer

All of the analysis work in Chapter 7 was carried out using the Network Analyzer software. A very brief overview of Network Analyzer is given in Appendix 2, and Figure 2 shows a screenshot of the graphical interface.
